English First

English First is a well established English language learning company that has been around for a long time in both physical and virtual formats. And there are many schools all over the China, so you can get more opportunities to work in China from them. They have online teaching jobs, usually at an hourly rate of $11 to $18. But you must be a native English teacher with a university degree. Previous teaching experience and TEFL certificate are preferred. Each class lasts 20-45 minutes and is conducted on its own platform and the lessons are provided. Except 1-to-1 lesson, they have group lessons as well from 5-6 students.  Most of their students are adults aged between 24 and 50, and usually are college students or business professionals.
